Plans, fees, and payment

Paid plans are billed per workspace on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees, processing rates, and applicable taxes are described at the time of purchase. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may update pricing with reasonable notice.

Payments and transactions

Where the Services facilitate payments, you authorize us and our payment partners to process transactions on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of order and payout details and for compliance with applicable financial and tax regulations.

Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, designs, and content provided by Latias, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services. You retain ownership of your own data and content.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Services in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, though certain provisions survive.
